Description

The Associate Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and analytical skills to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, digital) and external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement optimization strategies for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment between product offerings and brand strategy.
  • Track and report on budget expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, digital marketing, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand execution
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience with market research, consumer insights, and data analysis.
  • Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with creative agencies is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
