We are seeking an experienced HR Executive who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s brand, fostering a positive organizational outlook, and contributing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, policy development and process implementation.
Company Branding and Positive Outlook
- Assist senior management in developing communication strategies to reinforce the company’s brand identity and positive perception both internally and externally. Lead the execution of these strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our branding remains competitive and resonates with stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.
- Proactively identify potential reputation risks and work to address them through strategic communication.
- Create engaging and informative content that highlights company culture, achievements, and thought leadership.
- Assist HR management in conducting team building activities.
- Empower employees to become brand advocates by fostering a culture of engagement and pride.
- Develop and implement initiatives that encourage employees to share their positive experiences on social media.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Participate in interviews, assess candidates suitability, and contribute to final hiring decisions.
- Develop and conduct effective orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Policy Development and Process Implementation:
- Work alongside the existing HR team to develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Implement new and updated policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in HR roles encompassing branding, policy development and recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment and onboarding best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. Provide guidance to employees and managers on policy-related matters.
