Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s brand, fostering a positive organizational outlook, and contributing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, policy development and process implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

Company Branding and Positive Outlook

  • Assist senior management in developing communication strategies to reinforce the company’s brand identity and positive perception both internally and externally. Lead the execution of these strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our branding remains competitive and resonates with stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.
  • Proactively identify potential reputation risks and work to address them through strategic communication.
  • Create engaging and informative content that highlights company culture, achievements, and thought leadership.
  • Assist HR management in conducting team building activities.

Employee Advocacy

  • Empower employees to become brand advocates by fostering a culture of engagement and pride.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that encourage employees to share their positive experiences on social media.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Participate in interviews, assess candidates suitability, and contribute to final hiring decisions.
  • Develop and conduct effective orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Policy Development and Process Implementation:

  • Work alongside the existing HR team to develop and refine HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Implement new and updated policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in HR roles encompassing branding, policy development and recruitment.
  • Good understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment and onboarding best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. Provide guidance to employees and managers on policy-related matters.
